Santa Muerte is the Mexican folk saint of the most holy death. She is the representation of our own mortality here on earth, and each of her 3 primary robes have different correspondences. La Negra, or the black robe, is the most serious and stern of the 3 colors. She is death personified, and is appealed to by those engaging in illegal enterprises, or those who are engaging in malefic magic and cursework. It is encouraged that if you do not already have a relationship with this lovely lady, that you take this introduction slow, serious, and it is absoltely encouraged that you work with someone who is a devotee of hers before trying to engage with her on your own.
